Orders
Any prices that appear on this website are quoted in Australian dollars and are valid only in Australia. Your contract of sale will only come into effect when you have a confirmed receipt of that order. Cozitots will retain any orders until such time as full payment has been received after the point of dispatch, any taxes duties or other government charges will be your responsibility.
Delivery
You acknowledge and agree the delivery times given on the website are indicative and may be subject to change due to circumstance out of our control. In this instance you will not be entitled to withdraw or modify your order. If an item has been lost in transit cozitots will endeavor to establish it’s location and appropriate measures will be taken at Cozitots discretion to ensure your product is delivered.
In the event that the products ordered by you are not in stock, Cozitots will inform you and supply you with a date of availability. If this does not suit you Cozitots will refund the money.

Returns
Unwanted goods may be returned for a refund or exchange if returned in the original condition (In unopened and original packaging) within 14 days. Return cost for goods will be the responsibility of the customer. Goods should be sent back using registered post, so you have a formal record of postage. Upon receipt of the items (product & copy of receipt). Cozitots will notify you and process the refund or arrange the exchange of goods.
In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged or defective, goods will be replaced or refunded at no charge upon Cozitots discretion if returned in their original condition. Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase. This exchange, or refund is conditional on the product being unworn, and the original packaging intact.
The buyer must not return the goods without prior consultation with Cozitots, where upon you will be supplied with a return address and instructions for safe return of goods. Exchanges and Refunds will be processed upon receipt of the original product.
Indemnity
The user of Cozitots shall at all times keep the owners and proprietors, employees and subcontractors, of this product indemnified from and against all claims, demands, actions, proceedings or prosecutions which may be brought, commenced or prosecuted against the owners, proprietors, employees and subcontractors, or in which the owners and proprietors, employees and subcontractors, may be involved in consequence of or relating to the manufacture, production, provision or use of the goods by the user. This indemnity will extend to all costs, damages and expenses incurred by the owners and proprietors, employees and subcontractors in connection herewith.
